Our Story and Mission
Ubuntu means "I am, because you/we are"; in other words, ‘humanity to others.’ With the focus on humanity & compassion, Ubuntu365 Healthcare Services was founded in 2022 and have been CQC registered for domiciliary care (home care) since.
We are a family run company was formed to cater for a realiable, holistic health and social care needs of people in our community of Greater Manchester and neighbouring areas.

Our Mission
Our mission is to support individuals in need of care and support in the community, empower health and care professionals with training, professional support, development and mentorship.
We are Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered and regulated by the independent regulator of Health and Social Care in England to ensure that all standards are met.
In addition, we offer staff training, consultancy and support other companies through their CQC and CIW registration and compliance rooted in compassionate values and strict compliance.

Our principles are to ensure our services safeguards and promote the health, independence, welfare and quality of life of our people we support to enable them to live and lead fulfilling lives while ensuring equality for all. We strive to continuously improve the care and services we offer by ongoing monitoring and reviewing of our systems. Our company provides appropriate support and training to all of employees or volunteers within the company because to aid in quality service delivery because ‘Together We Are Limitless.’

What to expect
Whether you or your loved one require daily health or care related support or companionship. You name it, we can do it. Our person-centred approach focuses on more than just the practical side of care.
We get to know what is important to you, your values and interests and we aim to go above and beyond to make this possible by engaging with you and/or your representative on a personal level, bringing joy to each visit.
We provide practical support, empower and facilitate recovery which allows individuals to overcome barriers preventing them from maintaining independence and doing everyday activities they enjoy. We strive to go the extra mile for our clients, ensuring that independence, privacy and dignity are at the core of the high-quality, person-centred service we provide.
The Now & The Future
We are currently CQC registered for adult domiciliary and personal care, but we are in the process of adding all ages and to include regulated activities of treatment of disease, disorder and injury (TDDI), and Supported Living with personal care to enhance service users physical, emotional and mental well-being for the people we support.
